Dispatch
Everything is printed to order, so please allow 1–2 working days for us to make and dispatch your order. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as it’s on its way. At busy times (like Christmas) making times can be a little longer — we’ll always keep you posted.
Returns & refunds
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery — unused and in their original condition — for a refund or exchange. Email us first at hello@ls-gifts.co.uk and we’ll sort the details. Return postage is your cost unless the item is faulty.
Personalised items are made specially for you, so they can’t be returned for a change of mind. Please double-check names, dates and photos before ordering — we print exactly what you enter.
Damaged or faulty items
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days with a photo of the problem and we’ll put it right straight away with a replacement or full refund — including for personalised items. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing them.
Missing parcels
All orders are tracked. If your parcel seems lost, get in touch and we’ll chase it with the carrier and make sure you’re not left out of pocket.
