How long does UK delivery take?
Everything is printed to order and dispatched quickly — most UK orders arrive within 2–3 working days. Delivery is a flat £2.49, and free on all orders over £30.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes! We use premium printing so your design stays vibrant wash after wash. We still recommend the top rack of the dishwasher to keep it looking its best.
Can I personalise my gift?
Absolutely — personalisation is what we do best. Add a name, a special date, a message or your own photo on the product page and we’ll print it to order just for you.
Do you offer returns?
Yes — you can return unused, non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. As personalised items are made just for you they can’t be returned unless faulty — but if anything arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days and we’ll put it right straight away.
Do you offer tracked delivery?
Yes — every UK order is sent tracked as standard, and you’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as it’s on its way.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
As everything is printed to order, please allow 1–2 working days for us to make and dispatch your order. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as it ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay — all through a secure, encrypted checkout.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — you can add our gift wrapping service at checkout and we’ll wrap your order beautifully, ready to give. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries and last-minute treats.
